Plastic Super intalox saddle ring is a kind of advanced packings which is made of heat resistant and chemical corrosion resistant plastics, such as PE, PP, RPP, PVC, CPVC and PVDF. So it is economical and has versatile industry standard with well-known performance characteristics.

Plastic Super Intalox Saddles enhance internal gas and liquid distribution, allow higher capacity and maximise mass transfer efficiency. The unique scalloped edge is the key to the products high performance. The configuration provides many more interstitial transfer points per unit of volume than standard saddle packing. By continuously renewing the liquid surface, the additional transfer points significantly increase the rate of mass transfer. The scalloped edges also immobilise the packing within the bed, which reduces settling, maintains packing free space and lowers column pressure drop.
